Our Settlements and Treasury Departments provide clients with full administrative support.
Nominee Service
It is our aim to keep our clients’ paperwork to a minimum. To achieve this we offer a global nominee facility as an integral part of our service. This enables us to deal with corporate actions, capital events and the collection of dividends on our clients’ behalf. Significantly, this alleviates the potential delays and additional costs inherent when buying and selling shares in the form of certificates.
Reporting
An account statement and portfolio valuation detailing our clients’ investments with Merchant Securities will be sent to clients periodically. At the end of the Tax Year clients will additionally receive statements detailing their acquisitions and disposals and income received during the year.
