As a corporate broker linking our client with the investment community, we manage the company's communication and reporting requirements with the Stock Exchange. We also provide market-aware advice on IPOs and secondary capital raisings.
Our research is focused on client companies, aiming to keep the market briefed about the companies, their strategies and how they interact with the business sectors in which they operate. We also publish research on other companies where we believe that our industry knowledge can add value for investors.

Catherine graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. Prior to joining Merchant Securities Limited she was Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at an AIM quoted Company, and previously at Buchanan Communications, a leading financial and corporate communications consultancy.
