Our analysts adopt a bottom-up approach with a strong focus on fundamental research supported by in-depth knowledge of specific industry sectors. We undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis and utilise a wide range of valuation metrics. The results are compared to the peer group and to the wider market in order to gain a balanced perspective from which we base our investment recommendations.
We enjoy regular and open access to the executive management of the companies that we research and we maintain a regular dialogue with company representatives.
Our research covers a diverse range of small to mid-cap companies across a number of industry sectors. For instance, we have a strong expertise in the UK recruitment industry where we research a substantial percentage of the total market capitalisation of the sector.
We issue our in-house research notes on a regular basis as well as individual stand-alone and morning meeting notes on specific companies. In addition, we publish themed sector-based research, such as "You're Hired", a recruitment sector report on a quarterly basis.
