The Company's issued share capital consists of 46,897,270 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights.

 

The Company's ordinary shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market (EPIC: MERC)

 

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 46,897,270. There are no restrictions on the transfer of any Ordinary Shares in the company

 

The percentage of shares not in public hands (including shares held by directors, connected persons and holders in excess of 10% of the issued share capital) is 65.28% of the issued share capital.
