Our Stocks & Shares ISA
At Merchant Securities Limited, we offer Stocks and Shares ISAs, covering shares, fixed interest stocks, unit trusts, investment trusts and OEICs. Your investments held within an ISA account are exempt from capital gains tax, higher rate tax on income, tax on dividends, and interest on stocks.
Choose whether to have your ISA managed by our investment team in a discretionary or advisory investment account, depending on the level of involvement you require.
Invest up to £7,200 within your ISA account in a single tax year. This annual limit on ISAs is increased to £10,200 for investors over 50 years old and the new limit will apply to all investors from 6 April 2010.
Open a new Stock & Shares ISA account with a minimum of £3,000. In addition, you may consider transferring your ISAs from other managers to us, in order to centralise the administration and minimise the paperwork.
