Our Approach to Private Equity
We work closely with our clients in building their business plans and providing funding from appropriate sources. Our aim is to maintain a close relationship with our clients, providing continued support and input both from both a business and funding perspective.
The private equity department is headed by Nick Edmonstone. Nick has over 25 years experience in the City and has advised a number of private companies. Nick works closely with the corporate finance department in structuring transactions.
