Change of Name
We are pleased to announce the change of name of Merchant Securities plc to Merchant Securities Group plc with effect from the close of business on 9 July 2010.
In Addition, Merchant John East Securities Limited changed name to Merchant Securities Limited, at the start of business 12 July 2010. This change enables all of the Group’s activities (excluding wealth management) to be carried out under the Merchant Securities brand name.
New address
Merchant Securities Group moved all of its London based activities to newly-fitted offices in Gresham Street in the City of London on 12 July 2010. The move to new offices underlines the Group’s commitment to developing the business and further enhancing the range of services offered to its clients. The new address is: 51-55 Gresham Street London EC2V 7HQ.
